After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email, SMS, or app notification.

Please note:

1. The Order Confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted.
2. Your order is officially accepted once it has been dispatched.

You may amend or cancel your order before the cut-off time stated in your confirmation. After the cut-off time, changes or cancellations may not be possible, and charges may apply.

4. Minimum Order Value

A minimum order value (excluding delivery charges) applies. This amount is displayed on the website.

Orders below certain amounts may attract a small order charge. We reserve the right to change the minimum order value at any time.

If you use a voucher, it may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If an item is unavailable:

1. We may offer a suitable substitute.
2. You may reject substitute items at delivery.
3. You will not be charged for rejected substitutes.

We may also limit quantities to ensure fair access for all customers.

6. Pricing

1. Prices displayed at checkout are the prices you will pay.
2. All prices include VAT where applicable.
3. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it before dispatch.

Items sold by weight (such as fresh produce or meat) will be charged based on the actual weight supplied.

Delivery charges apply to each order unless otherwise stated.

7. Payment

We accept the payment methods listed on our website.

When you place an order:

1. Your card may be pre-authorized or reserved for the estimated amount.
2. Final payment will be processed after delivery.

If payment fails:

1. Your account may be suspended.
2. You remain responsible for payment for goods delivered.
3. We may recover outstanding payments through appropriate legal means.

8. Delivery

Delivery will be made:

1. To the address provided at checkout
2. During your selected delivery time slot

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.

If no one is available:

1. We may charge for items that cannot be resold.
2. We may attempt redelivery (additional charges may apply).
3. If you request unattended delivery, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.

Delivery times may be affected by weather or operational issues. If delays occur, we will attempt to notify you.

9.Age-Restricted Products

You must be 18 or older to order alcohol or other age-restricted items.

We operate a “Challenge 26” policy. If the person receiving delivery appears under 26, valid identification may be required. If suitable ID is not provided, age-restricted items will not be delivered.

10. Business Customers

If you are ordering for business purposes:

1. A minimum order of $40 (excluding delivery) applies.
2. Orders between $40–$49.99 incur a $10 delivery charge.
3. Business orders cannot be cancelled after the cut-off time.
4. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods in that order.

11. Customer Reviews

When submitting a review:

1. Ensure it is honest and accurate.
2. Do not post unlawful, offensive, or misleading content.
3. Do not include unrelated links or promotional material.

We reserve the right to remove reviews that breach these rules.

Customer reviews represent personal opinions and should not be considered medical or professional advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

Our maximum liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of the goods in that order.
